ශ්‍රී ලංකා තවුහිඩ් ජමාත් සංවිධානය ලේකම් ලෙස පෙනී සිටි වර්තමානයේ සිලෝන් තවුහිඩ් ජමාත් සහනයේ ප්‍රධානියා ලෙස සැලකෙන අබ්දුල් රාසික් යන පුද්ගලයාට විරුද්දව අද(9) අපරාධ පරීක්ෂණ දෙපාර්තමේන්තුවේ අධ්‍යක්ෂක නියෝජ්‍ය පොලිස්පති ශානි අබේසේකර මහතා වෙත පැමිණිල්ලක් ඉදිරිපත් කර තිබෙනවා.
එම පැමිණිල්ල මගින් පරාධ නීති සංග්‍රහයේ 353 සහ 357 යන වගන්ති යටතේ සහ ත්‍රස්තවාදය වැළැක්වීමේ පනතේ [2/1/අ , 2/1/ඇ, සහ 2/1/ඌ] යන වගන්ති යටතේ වහාම අත්අඩංගුවට ගෙන පරීක්ෂණයක් පවත්වන ලෙස ඉල්ලා තිබෙනවා.
මෙම පැමිණිල්ල ඉදිරිපත් කිරීම සඳහා පූජ්‍ය මාගල්කන්දේ සුදත්ත හිමි සහ මැඩිල්ලේ පඤ්ඤාලෝක හිමි අපරාධ පරීක්ෂණ දෙපාර්තමේන්තුව වෙත වැඩම කර සිටි අතර, එහිදී අදහස් දැක්වූ ස්වාමීන් වහන්සේලා, රණවිරුවන් සිරගත කිරීමට අපරාධ පරීක්ෂණ දෙපාර්තමේන්තුවේ අධ්‍යක්ෂ ශානි අබේසේකර මහතාට තිබුණු උනන්දුව ත්‍රස්තවාදී කල්ලි වලට ආධාර සහ අනුබල ලබාදුන් අබ්දුර් රාසික් අත්අඩංගුවට ගැනීමට තිබේදැයි ජනතාව විමසිල්ලෙන් සිටින බවත් හුට විරුද්ධව නීතිය ක්‍රියාත්මක වෙතැයි විශ්වාසයක් තමන්ට නොමැති බවත් සඳහන් කර සිටියා.
අද අපරාධ පරීක්ෂණ දෙපාර්තමේන්තුවට ඉදිරිපත් වූ පැමිණිල්ල පහතින්…

අපරාධ පරීක්ෂණ දෙපාර්තමේන්තුව
සිලෝන් තවුහිඩ් ජමාත් සංවිධානයේ අබ්දුල් රාසික් නැමැත්තාට එරෙහිව කරනු ලබන පැමිණිල්ලයි.
අප්‍රේල් 21 වන දින එල්ල වූ පාස්කු ඉරිදා ත්‍රස්ත ප්‍රහාර මාළාවේ කටුවාපිටිය ශාන්ත සෙබස්තියන් දේවස්ථානයට මරාගෙන මැරෙන ප්‍රහාරය එල්ල කල “මොහොම්මදු හස්තුන්” නැමැති පුද්ගලයාගේ බිරිද ලෙස හඳුනාගෙන ඇති “පුලස්තිනී මහෙන්ද්‍රන්” නොහොත් “සාරා” ගේ මව ලෙස සැලකෙන “කවීතා මහේන්ද්‍රන්” යන අය විසින් IBC ප්‍රවෘත්ති නාලිකාව වෙත සම්මුඛ සාකච්ඡාවක් ලබාදෙමින්, කාලයක් ශ්‍රී ලංකා තවුහිඩ් ජමාත් සංවිධානය ලේකම් ලෙස පෙනී සිටි වර්තමානයේ සිලෝන් තවුහිඩ් ජමාත් සංවිධානය ප්‍රධානියා ලෙස සැලකෙන අබ්දුල් රාසික් යන පුද්ගලයා විසින් තම දියණිය පැහැරගෙන ගොස් රඳවා තබාගෙන සිටි බවට ප්‍රකාශයක් සිදු කර ඇත.(එම ප්‍රකාශය ඇතුළත් සංයුක්ත තැටියක් E1 ලෙස පැමිණිල්ල සමඟ ඉදිරිපත් කරමි)
“කවීතා මහේන්ද්‍රන්” යන අයගේ ප්‍රකාශයට අනුව “අබ්දුල් රාසික්” යන අය,
- දැරියක්ව නීත්‍යානුකූල භාරකාරීත්වයේ නිසි අවසරයකින් තොරව පැහැරගෙන යාම හෝ පැහැරගෙන යාමට අනුබල දීම,
- පැහැරගෙන ගොස් රඳවා තබා ගැනීම හෝ රඳවා තබා ගැනීමට අනුබල දීම,
යන කරුණු මත දණ්ඩ නීති සංග්‍රහයේ 353 වන වගන්තිය (පැහැරගෙන යෑම) සහ දණ්ඩ නීති සංග්‍රහයේ 357 වගන්තිය (ස්ත්‍රියක විවාහ කර ගැනීම ආදිය පිණිස ඇයව අපහරණය කිරීම හෝ පැහැරගෙන යෑම) යන වරදවල් සිදුකොට ඇත.
තවද අබ්දුර් රාසික් යන අය විසින්,
- පුලස්තිනී මහෙන්ද්‍රන් නොහොත් සාරා යන තැනැත්තියව පැහැරගෙන ගොස් කටුවාපිටිය ශාන්ත සෙබස්තියන් දේවස්ථානයේ මරාගෙන මැරෙන බෝම්බය පුපුරුවා ගත් මොහොම්මදු හස්තුන් යන අයට ඇයව විවාහ කරදී ඉස්ලාමීය ත්‍රස්ත සංවිධානයකට සම්බන්ධ කරවීම හෝ සම්බන්ධ වීමට අනුබල දීම.
- පුලස්තිනී මහෙන්ද්‍රන් නොහොත් සාරා යන හින්දු ජාතික තැනැත්තියව පැහැරගෙන ගොස් ඉස්ලාම් ආගමට හරවා මරාගෙන මැරෙන බෝම්බකාරියක් ලෙස පුහුණු කිරීම හෝ පුහුණු කිරීමට අවශ්‍ය පසුබිම නිර්මාණය කිරීම.
- පාස්කු ඉරිදා ත්‍රස්ත ප්‍රහාරයේ ප්‍රධාන සැකකරුවකු වන, බෝම්බ විශේෂඥයකු ලෙස සැලකෙන මොහොම්මදු හස්තුන් යන තැනැත්තා සමග සමීප සබඳතා පැවැත්වීම සහ ඔහුට අනුබල දීම.
යන කරුණු මත ත්‍රස්තවාදය වැළැක්වීමේ පනතේ 2/1/අ වගන්තියට අනුව, 2/1/ඇ වගන්තියට අනුව සහ 2/1/ඌ වගන්තියට අනුව වැරැදි සිදු කොට ඇත.
මෙම අබ්දුර් රාසික් යන පුද්ගලයා විසින් මීට ඉහතදී ජාතීන් අතර අසමගිය ඇතිවීමේ අන්තවාදී ප්‍රකාශ සිදු කොට ඇත. ඒ පිළිබඳ ඉදිරිපත්වූ පැමිණිලි මත දෙවතාවක් අත්අඩංගුවට පත්වූ මොහුට විරුද්ධව නඩු දෙකක් අලුත්කඩේ අංක 1 අධිකරණයේ විභාගවෙමින් පවතී. මොහු දැනටමත් සිටින්නේ අධිකරණය විසින් ලබාදුන් ඇප මතය.
මෙම කරුණු සලකා බලා රටේ ජාතික ආරක්ෂාව තහවුරු කිරීම වෙනුවෙන් අබ්දුර් රාසික් යන පුද්ගලයා වහාම අත්අඩංගුවට ගෙන විධිමත් පරීක්ෂණයක් සිදුකරන මෙන් ඔබතුමාගෙන් ඉල්ලා සිටිමි.
ඊට අමතරව මෙම පැමිණිල්ලේ ප්‍රධාන සාක්ෂිකාරිය වන කවීතා මහේන්ද්‍රන් යන අයගේ ආරක්ෂාව වින්දිතයන් සහ සාක්ෂිකරුවන් ආරක්ෂා කිරීමේ පනතේ 3/1 වගන්තියට අනුව තහවුරු කිරීමට කටයුතු කරණ මෙන් ඉල්ලා සිටිමි.

Words of the mother of Pulasthini Mahendran alias Sarah
Pulasthini is my daughter. My daughter Pulasthini is missing now. Previously those people have abducted my daughter and converted. My daughter is pure Hindu. A person named Hasthun abducted my daughter and converted her to Muslim (Islam). My child studied at Thettathivu Maha Vidyalaya up to O/L and obtained 8 As and a B in the examination. After that she entered Pattrup Maha Vidyalayam in Kaluvanchikudi. When my daughter went for classes in Kalmunai, he abducted my daughter.
After abducting my daughter, he had taken my daughter to Razeek of SLTJ, Tawheed Jama’at in Colombo. Then they had told Maligawatta Police and kept her like that. After one week, they telephoned us and told that the daughter has come there and staying with them in that place. At that time I was abroad. I came here to search my daughter. After coming here, I went to Razeek’s SLJT office. After going there I inquired about my daughter. He lied to me that “ your daughter has come here and is going to convert to Muslim (Islam)”. But, by that time they had already made my child chant the Quran and taken her (to their religion). Then I screamed, cried and begged for my child. But they didn’t give the child to me. After 15 days, two weeks, they gave the child to me. I told her “ come my darling!”, so she came. She came and stayed with me for 15 days.
Meanwhile, I fell ill and went to G.V. Hospital to take medicines. At the time of seeing the doctor, they had come to my house and abducted my daughter again.
When I came home after seeing the doctor, my child was not there at home. I started yelling and crying that my child is not there, my child is not there. I went around looking for my child. I asked from the three-wheeler drivers about my daughter. Then they said they had come and taken her. I hired an Auto (three-wheeler) and went to railway station to see if my daughter is there. She was not there at the railway station.
Then I went to Batticaloa Police. They scolded me in filth that my daughter has gone with that guy. After that I came. After a few days, they called again and told me that she has come there and is with them.
Razeek told me that they are going to give my daughter in marriage. When Razeek told like that, I told him, “ Please don’t get her married, she is still studying to become a doctor”. At that time also they didn’t listen to me. Then Razeek said, “ No, she is above 18 years and she is a major. We will get her married”. Then I told him, “ are you her father to get her married? I am her mother, without asking me how dare you are to get my daughter married?”
He didn’t take my scorns seriously. With the help of Maligawatta Police, they got my daughter married. But, we were not aware that she was married. I again went and asked for my child. Then I touched Razeek’s feet and cried, pleading him to give my daughter back to me. Then he said he can’t give the child because they already got her married. Then he said they will get a house in Malwana and keep the child there. We didn’t know where they got a house. After a few days, I got to know that my daughter is in a rented house in Madhuraimanai in Sammanthurai.
I told Razeek at the time they got my child married, “I am handing over my child to you. You failed to give any evidence to prove that my child is married. And you are also adamant that the child won’t be given back. I even touched your feet asking for my child. If anything happens to my child, you are responsible for that. I am handing my child over to you”.
After handing over my child, I went abroad. After some time, my daughter contacted me and said, “ we are living in Madhuraimanai in a rented house”. My child didn’t stay there for even one month. She stayed for just a few days. She had told our family and cried, “ I can’t stay with him. It is very hard to stay here. He has various affairs and I can’t stay anymore”.
I don’t know if my child faced an explosion or still alive. If my child is alive somewhere, please give her back to me”, (she cries)
