4 more LTTE submarines hidden in M'tivu seas

 

 

The military has received information about four more submarines of the LTTE hidden in the seas off Mullivaikkal in Mullaitivu, reports said.

Tiger cadres who had surrendered to the Army from welfare camps in Vavuniya had revealed about the existence of these submarines.

The Navy is planning to use its divers to search for these submarines.

One LTTE submarine was found in Mullaitivu on information provided by an arrested Tiger cadre.
